Information we collect
- Identity and contact details: name, billing and delivery addresses, email address and telephone number.
- Order and payment details: products, services, transaction status, payment method, invoices, delivery information, returns and refunds. Payment providers process full card or account credentials; we normally receive confirmation and transaction references rather than complete payment credentials.
- Account details: login identifiers, account activity and passwordless sign-in information.
- Enquiry and support information: messages, chat content, photographs, videos, wiring details, model details and troubleshooting information you send us.
- Custom work and repair information: drawings, measurements, design files, reference images, specifications, assessments and service history.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, security events, cookie identifiers and information about how the website is used.
- Marketing preferences: subscriptions, consent choices, campaign interaction and review or feedback information.
We usually collect information directly from you. We may also receive relevant information from payment providers, delivery companies, account services, website analytics, review services or another person acting for you.

We do not use personal information to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects. Our website chatbot may provide automated guidance, but you can contact our team for help or review.
Who we share information with
We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers and organisations that help us operate, including:
- website hosting, WordPress and WooCommerce service providers;
- payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal;
- delivery services and shipping platforms, including Royal Mail and Parcel2Go;
- HubSpot for forms, customer communication, live chat and related customer-management functions;
- Brevo and other email-delivery services where used for transactional or consented marketing messages;
- review and feedback services, including CusRev and Google where you choose to interact with them;
- professional advisers, insurers, fraud-prevention services, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or courts where necessary.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards, we rely on an adequacy regulation or appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, to resolve disputes, protect the business and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- Order, invoice, payment and service records are normally kept for up to six years after the relevant transaction or accounting period.
- Account information is kept while the account is active, with transaction records retained separately where required.
- Enquiries, support cases, design files and repair records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide support, manage repeat work or establish what was agreed.
- Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or it is no longer useful and lawful to retain it.
- Security logs, backups and cookie data are retained according to operational need and the relevant service settings.
