What is your refund policy?
For most products bought online, you can tell us that you want to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return them.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, different rights apply. You may have a short-term right to reject it within 30 days, or be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances and how long you have had it.
