What is CMMME’s refund policy?

CMMME has a public refund and returns policy page. The WooCommerce refund page says the refund and returns policy lasts 30 days and that eligible returned items should be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.

The shipping and returns page says customers should contact CMMME within 14 days of receiving an order if they want to request a return.

Before publishing this article, reconcile the 14-day and 30-day wording so customers receive one clear policy.
