Yes, when connected to DCC-EX using the Native protocol and using the programming track.
If CV reading fails, check:
- The locomotive is on the programming track output.
- The programming track wiring is sound.
- The wheels and pickups are clean.
- The decoder supports CV readback.
- No other locomotive is on the programming track.
