Can Engine Driver read decoder CVs?

Yes, when connected to DCC-EX using the Native protocol and using the programming track.

If CV reading fails, check:

  • The locomotive is on the programming track output.
  • The programming track wiring is sound.
  • The wheels and pickups are clean.
  • The decoder supports CV readback.
  • No other locomotive is on the programming track.
