How do returns work?

For most products bought online, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you want to cancel and request a return. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Items should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging unless they are faulty. You are normally responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we agree otherwise.

Do not send an item back before contacting us. We will provide the correct return instructions and address.
