Why is track power off when I first power up the CSB1?

Track power is off by default for safety. This helps prevent power being applied to the layout before everything is ready.
After connecting in Engine Driver, turn track power on from the app. In Engine Driver, the power button should change state when track power is enabled, and the CSB1/motor driver track output LEDs should indicate output power.
