How do I turn on track power in Engine Driver?

After connecting and selecting a locomotive, use the power control in Engine Driver. The DCC-EX guide shows the power icon turning green when track power is on.

If the throttle is greyed out, select a locomotive first. If the locomotive still does not move, check that:

  • Track power is on.
  • The locomotive address is correct.
  • The locomotive is on the MAIN output, usually output A.
  • The track and locomotive pickups are clean.
  • There is no short circuit or overload.
